Engelleri bir bir aşanlar onlar
Daima ileri koşanlar onlar
Devletin bükülmez kolu Mehmetçik
Hepsinin gözünde bir yıldız ışır
Haksızlık gördümü kurda dönüşür
Herkes sussa bile onlar konuşur
Milletin ağızı dili Mehmetçik
Bin kere vurulsa yinede ölmez
Dosta güler amma düşmana gülmez
